“Innovation in the tradition”, is the philosophy of Giovanni Cicero, artisan entrepeneur of the company.
A project inspired to the history of the family, which has made the carob and the chocolate a job which aims to build its identity.
The products tell about the town and its history, moving from the popular craftship to the new techniques of work.

Authentic sicilian delicacy, Sicily salt has a delicate aroma and it brings with it the smell of Sicily sea.
Ciokarrya chooses to pair 60% minimum cacao to Trapani salt, enhancing in this way the intense notes of good dark chocolate.
