Beer made from Carobs, Russello grain and dry Raisins.
Medium body beer, characterized by the Pantelleria raisins’ sweetness and by toasted carobs’ aftertaste.
After meal beer, ideal to pair with desserts, especially the sicilian ones such as honey “pignolata”, “mustaccioli”, almonds biscuits.
