Prickly pear jam- Bergi – 250 gr

Bergi farm, little far away from Castelbuono, an ancient centre among the most charachteristics ones of the Madonies Park, is family run with a strong feminine presence, indeed four young sisters work in sinergy, each one with her role and professionality, under the wise supervision of their parents, sharing the passion for nature and bringing forward the work with love, dedication and a strong bond with the terroir.

The purposes they pass on from years are especially the respect for the environement and the maintainance of the biodiversity, indeed their production choose only indigenous raw materials of the sicilian terroir and of the Madonies Park. Moreover the rehabilitation of the fruit and vegetables varieties for the creation of a food awareness helps them in the valorisation of the products themselves.
