Grillo’s company is a family conducted company which has 92 hectared of lands in Trapani region.
From three generations, they are involved in cultivating their lands and in 2016 in order to restore and save the ancient traditions, using the precious experiences given to them from their fafther and from theri granparents, they start a new ambitious projects, aiming to close the productive chain.

Del Grillo products are made of organic raw materials and when the fruits reach the right grade of ripeness they are only hand collected.

To make this preserve, the tomatoes are washed, boiled and peeled, after putting in a glass jar, the tomato puree is added and after the capping it comes the pasteurization, without adding preservatives.

The product has whole tomatoes of medium size, smooth consistency and bright red color.
