Modica Chocolate – Tris spreadable cream – Ciokarrua

Since 2007 in the beautiful city of Modica it has been opening the small laboratory of Ciokarrua.

“Innovation in the tradition”, is the philosophy of Giovanni Cicero, artisan entrepeneur of the company.
A project inspired to the history of the family, which has made the carob and the chocolate a job which aims to build its identity.
The products tell about the town and its history, moving from the popular craftship to the new techniques of work.
