“Innovation in the tradition”, is the philosophy of Giovanni Cicero, artisan entrepeneur of the company.
A project inspired to the history of the family, which has made the carob and the chocolate a job which aims to build its identity.
The products tell about the town and its history, moving from the popular craftship to the new techniques of work.

Grezzopuro is the line of IGP Modica chocolate realized only with “Caqueta” Cocoa beans, from Colombia.
The careful artisanal roasting enhances the delicate aromatics precursors of Caquetà for a chocolate with agrumate soft notes made smoother from hazelnuts and milk flavors.
90% dark chocolate is thought for who loves going further the raw notes of cacao for an unique aromatic trip in purity.
