Grezzopuro is the line of IGP Modica chocolate realized only with “Caqueta” Cocoa beans, from Colombia.
The careful artisanal roasting enhances the delicate aromatics precursors of Caquetà for a chocolate with agrumate soft notes made smoother from hazelnuts and milk flavors.

70% Dark chocolate is thought for who wants to approach the raw notes of cacao in purity with the right compromise of sweetness.
