Rosolino’s vegetable garden is in Terrasini, in the magnificent gulf of Castellammare del Golfo and it’s a company which produces vegetables, greens and organic fruits since 1994 (the company has been started by father Antonino) on an area of ​​3 hectares between open fields and mixed orchards and 6 thousand mq of greenhouses, where they are produced tropical fruits!

It is used the rotation of coltures in order to improve the structure of the fields, it is done the mulching, chemicals are not used and with time the company has been forming in the use of organic “Agromeopatici” products which protect the fertility of the soils and which preserve the biodiversity.
