New generations have brought with them a wind of freshness e bravery, so then in 2008 they began to modify their raw material.
To close the chain and to begin the merchandising with our own brand is dream, therefore it came out the project “Criante, Sicilian Biological Products”.

This great bet, won thanks to our faithful clients, made a lot of products born in a very short amount of time. At the beginning the first products were wines and soon after it came out Extra Vergine Olive Oil, flours, pasta, sauce, legumes and vegetables.

The dream has been fully realized thanks to the compliments and the gratifications of the clients who have payed back efforts and hard work!

Pesto Trapanese – Valdibella – 130 gr

Valdibella, a sustainable project within which all the resources both humans and natural find their fulfillment.

The company was born in 1998 in a territory which is strongly agricultural and rural advocated, Camporeale (between Alcamo and Palermo), joining the salesian community Itaca, which it’s involved in the welcoming of young people with social disease and promoting, through the project Jonathan, their putting inside the world of work.

Since the beginning the cooperative has managed to give back dignity to the farmers, promoting concrete actions against the commercial and working exploitation and putting out there methods of biological agriculture which are based on the biodiversity and on native coltures.

From the beginning they understood the importance of the unions among farmers, alone everybody would have done not so much or nothing.
They say that if today they produce wine, grain and pasta, almonds and oil, vegetables and legumes, it is only because inside the cooperative there are women and man who can overcome their individuality to join a common project.
